We have offices in Brownsburg and Plainfield.

We have a rotating schedule for seeing patients, and when we do not have patients scheduled in a specific office, the telephones are forwarded to the Brownsburg office.

Our office hours are generally Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a lunch hour from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
